Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3

The Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Freedom...and Favor.
Have you ever met someone who seems to walk always in some sort of favor?
Every thing they touch seems to turn to gold and whatever they ask for... they receive. An inner peace and joy seems to abound in their presence, as well.
Did you know that the Spirit of our Lord, Jesus Christ, is never far away?
Many times, Jesus is standing at the door of our heart, knocking to see if we will answer. Many times, we feel His gentle nudging and think we are much to busy to take a moment to be with our Lord.
So often we just do not answer His call.
Still, our Lord remains nearby... listening for our call to Him.
He hears our praise, our laughter, our desires, and our cry for help.
Did you ever stop to think that it is our Father in Heaven who seeks to give us blessings and favor?
He is not the judgmental and hateful God, that many people fear and run away from.
Our God is Love.
He is patience and kindness.
And it is His desire to know each of us intimately and give us His favor.
Maybe we should ask ourselves: Are we willing to acknowledge Him?
Are we willing to spend time with Him daily and not just in times of trouble?
Are we happy to share who He is with others who do not know?
And are we willing to sing praises to His name and experience the favor that He has for His children?
The Holy Bible tells us many times in His word how our Father in Heaven seeks to provide His children with favor.
Following is a list of scriptures that we, as God's children, can think about as we receive Him throughout our day.
Genesis 39:3-4
And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand. So Joseph found favor in his sight...
Job 10:12
You have granted me life and favor, and Your care has preserved my spirit.
Psalm 5:12
For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.
Psalm 23:5–6
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Psalm 30:5
For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
Numbers 6:25-26
The Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and
give you peace.
Psalm 8:4-6
What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, and You have crowned him with glory and honor. You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet.
Psalm 103:4-5
Who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future
and a hope.
Jeremiah 33:3
Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
John 17:22–23
And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
Acts 2:46–47
So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
Romans 5:15
… For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.
Romans 6:14
For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
Romans 5:17

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.

And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.
Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Titus 3:4–7
But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
2 Peter 1:2–3
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.
Let us not hesitate to call on our Lord whenever we need Him. Or just sing praises to His name throughout the day, knowing that He is never far away but always close by with a listening ear. And if perhaps you feel that Jesus is knocking at the door to your heart, don't be afraid to open it wide and welcome Him in. I assure you that a visit from Jesus will change your life forever for the better!
He is always ready and willing to show us His favor.
My prayer for today is that every day we seek to live greatly blessed, highly favored, and deeply loved by our
Father in Heaven.
He tells us... "Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things..." Jeremiah 33:3
Love and prayers to ALL today in Jesus Precious Name. Amen
